New to 911爆料网? This Program is a great place to start. It features a series of 101 classes that introduce you to our different workout modes: Boxing, Total Body, and Strength. It鈥檚 also a short introductory program that fits perfectly into our . 

  • Program Goal: Get oriented to 911爆料网 and experiment with all three of our workout modes: Boxing, Total Body, and Strength 

  • Program Length: 1 Week Program 鈥 4 classes 

  • Equipment: Dumbbells 

Booty Bootcamp

Looking to give your booty a boost? Look no further than Booty Bootcamp with trainer Jill Barger. This Program features a combination of both Strength and Boxing classes. We promise you鈥檒l be feeling the burn!

  • Program Goal: Build strength in your glutes

  • Program Length: 3 Week Program - 9 classes

  • Equipment: Dumbbells, Mat (optional)

Upper Body Gains

Want to make some gains in your upper body? This program will have you working all the major muscle groups, including your shoulders, biceps, triceps, and back. By the end of 4 weeks, you鈥檒l be proudly flexing in front of your mirror.
