This Women’s History Month, we’re inspired by Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, Priscilla Block, KAROL G, Selena Gomez, and other powerful female artists. That’s why every Wednesday in March we’re launching brand new Punch Track workouts featuring women who aren’t afraid to march straight through the glass ceiling of the music industry, stand up for themselves, and create award-winning music.
Plus, look out for new Women’s History Month-themed classes dropping in the app across March, including a Trainer class, Mitt Drill, and Total Body workout featuring Trainers Aliyah, Anthony, and Lissa.

Women Crush Wednesday Punch Tracks
We’re dropping four brand-new tracks this Women’s History Month. And get ready because these tracks will have you sweating to the beat of a reggaeton superstar, throwing it back to 80s punk rock, swaying to the sounds of a viral new country star, punching to the beat of the trending song from Netflix’s hit show Wednesday, and more.

Lady Gaga has been topping the charts since her breakthrough debut studio album The Fame in 2008. No Doubt took over the 80s and 90s as the ultimate punk rock band. Priscilla Block went viral on TikTok in 2020 and is now the latest country star to look out for. KAROL G is a fearless Colombian reggaeton and Latin trap singer and songwriter. And who doesn’t know Selena Gomez, Disney star turned Grammy-winning pop star?
It’s not hard to guess why these tracks and artists will quickly become your new favorites this month. From country music to pop to reggaeton and lyrics featuring everything from gender roles to desire to young love, there’s something for everyone in these Punch Tracks.
Women’s History Month Trainer Classes
But that’s not all! This month we’re also releasing brand-new class content. Join Trainers Aliyah, Anthony, and Lissaas they lead you through Trainer Class, Total Body, or Mitt Drill workouts in honor of Women’s History Month.
