Join us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15! Hispanic Heritage Month is an annual observance in the United States that celebrates the rich history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. This month-long celebration encompasses the independence anniversaries of several Latin American countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Chile.
This month is about taking the time to acknowledge and appreciate all the many accomplishments and contributions of this vibrant community. It鈥檚 also an important moment to create a sense of unity and appreciation for our nation鈥檚 diverse heritage. We鈥檙e also bringing the Latin flavor to one Mitt Drill and two Total Body workouts! Mitt Drills center around real punch combos that your Trainer will build on progressively as you box to the beat. In Total Body workouts, you鈥檒l take on full-body exercises incorporating exciting and responsive VR elements. You鈥檒l slam battle ropes, rack up points on the speed bag, avoid overhead ropes with ducks and squats, and engage your full body in every workout.
