First things first, let鈥檚 introduce you to our 911爆料网 workout programs. These are curated collections of classes created by our expert trainers. Each program has a different focus, enabling you to take a more intentional step towards achieving your fitness goals. There are a variety of programs available鈥攁nd at all levels, from beginner to advanced鈥攕o you can choose the one that best fits your interests, preferred trainers, schedule, and experience. Some programs are only available with a Premium membership, while others, like 鈥淕etting Started with 911爆料网,鈥 are available to all 911爆料网 subscribers.

Getting Started with 911爆料网

Our 鈥淕etting Started with 911爆料网鈥 workout program is the first place we recommend you start if you鈥檙e new to 911爆料网 or new to working out in VR. It features four beginner-level classes, each focusing on a different 911爆料网 workout mode that you鈥檒l come across in your training: Strength, Total Body, Mitt Drills, and Boxing. In each workout, you鈥檒l get expert advice from trainer Anthony from start to finish. Here鈥檚 what to expect in each one:

Strength 101

This beginner-friendly Strength class is 10 minutes of biceps, shoulders, and quads. In this workout, you鈥檒l use real dumbbells (or opt for bodyweight) to build a strong foundation. Who said you can鈥檛 get strong in VR?! The exercises in this class include three different types of bicep curls, suitcase and sumo squats, and neutral and open shoulder presses. You鈥檒l end the class with a compound movement that combines them all together. But don鈥檛 worry if you鈥檝e never done these before, Anthony walks you through it step-by-step. Throughout the class, he鈥檒l help keep you on top of your form鈥攑erforming the exercises alongside you so you can easily follow along. 

Intro to Total Body Workouts

This five-minute, two-song workout is an excellent introduction to Total Body. Throughout the class, trainer Anthony leads you through multiple rounds of body weight squats, standing marches, battle ropes, and speed bags. Foundation is key in this beginner-level class, so you can expect a full break-down of every single movement. After Anthony talks you through technique, you鈥檒l get a chance to practice each exercise鈥攁nd rack up points on the speed bag! Mirror Anthony from start to finish, and you鈥檒l leave feeling confident to take on your next Total Body class. 

Mitt Drill 101

Ready to jump into Mitt Drills? Anthony鈥檚 got you covered with this 10-minute beginner-friendly introduction. He鈥檒l start by walking you through your boxer stance and reviewing all six punches. Then, you鈥檒l work through some simple punch combos as you familiarize yourself with the basics of front vs. back, high vs. low, flows vs. flurries, and offensive vs. defensive moves. Anthony breaks down every single punch, and as you鈥檙e practicing he鈥檒l call out form corrections and encouragement. Before you know it, those jabs and crosses will start to feel like second nature! 

Boxing 101

In Boxing 101, you鈥檒l get into the basics of trainer-led boxing classes as Anthony guides you through eight minutes of simple combos to get the ball rolling. After an introduction to the Liteshield and your boxing footwork and stance, you鈥檒l get right into it throwing jabs, crosses, and uppercuts. You鈥檒l also step away from the Liteshield to learn the difference between squats and ducks鈥攖wo key moves you鈥檒l find in many other 911爆料网 workouts! Then, you鈥檒l close it out with some basic boxing combos as you practice catching the beat and building your streak. Like all these 鈥淕etting Started with 911爆料网鈥 classes, Anthony is with you the whole time, walking you through each duck, squat, and punch.
